Career Snapshot
- Graduated as a Bachelor of Laws, University of Sydney in 1976.
- Admitted to the Supreme Court of New South Wales and the High Court of Australia in 1976.
- Thereafter, practiced principally in resolving disputes between parties in personal injury law, commercial disputes, contractual disputes and general litigation in small to medium sized law firms, including N. J. Papallo & Co., Hazel & Lucas, Robinson & Scarcella, Anthony Scarcella & Co., Coleman & Greig and Heazlewoods Bushby International Lawyers.
- Experience extends to the conduct of complex class actions in the Federal Court of Australia and appeals to the High Court of Australia in constitutional, personal injury and commercial cases.
- Accredited by the Law Society of New South Wales as a Specialist in Personal Injury Law in 1996.
- Appointed as an Arbitrator of the District Court of New South Wales in 1998.
- Appointed as an Arbitrator of the Local Court of New South Wales in 2003.
- Returned to practice as a sole practitioner specialising only in personal injury law and commercial litigation in May 2004 and… loving it!
